Your dentist at Forest Dental will consider tooth extraction, only once all restorative options have been explored in an effort to save your tooth. This said, in some scenarios, removing a tooth is the necessary course of action to ensure your oral health is stabilised.
Your dentist will carefully loosen your tooth to allow them to remove it gently. Forceps are then used to remove it from the socket. This is performed under local anaesthetic.
