Seen my partner the same day can’t fault them, gave antibiotics and booked her in for a surgical extraction which is a more complex procedure. Happy so far with the treatment hopefully continues through with the extraction!

Would highly recommend this dental surgery. I was in absolute agony and my dentist turned me away as they didn’t have an appointment. I rang Forest and they booked me straight in. When I got there they were so nice and helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. I was out of pain within 10 minutes of being there. I will definately be using them now for my Dentist, they were so professional and lovely people who actually cared about me being in pain.

I had new patient appointment today with Halima. So so impressed with the welcome and also the care given by the team. Felt so anxious before attending but was made to feel relaxed and informed fully of what treatment was needed. Not felt like that in many years visiting the dentist. Staff are always so welcoming and friendly. My daughter came in today to have two teeth out ready for her braces, and staff made her feel at ease. The dentist explained everything and was really lovely to my daughter and it was all over and done within 10 minutes. Thank you, Forest Dental!

I hadn’t had a dental check up for quite a while and, like many people, going to the dentist usually fills me with dread. But I have to say I have had a very pleasant experience at Forest Dental & Implant Centre. All the staff there are very friendly and I was very much put at ease by Halima. Following my check up I was able to take advantage of a cancellation with the dental hygienist, I have had a poor experience with another dental practice when it came to seeing their hygienist, but once again my experience with Forest Dental was amazing, the hygienist was very friendly and understood my concerns and following the treatment she gave me very helpful advice regarding caring for my teeth and gums. I would highly recommend Forest Dental & implant centre.

Byron Payne… Needed emergency treatment Forest Dental Practice Cefn Forest saw me within the hour.Tooth needed extracting. The Dentist Dr Jamil was so welcoming and efficient and he interacts with all his patients. I was really apprehensive but his words were “We’ll look after you” of which they did. On my second visit I saw Dentist Dr Halima who again was so welcoming and reassuring and discussed with me the way forward for further treatment. Really impressed with the service and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is apprehensive on visiting a dentist.

Fabulous dental practice. My first impression of this dental practice was wow and it didn’t stop there! From the initial enquiry on the telephone with the receptionist, who was friendly and polite and accommodated my emergency whilst allaying my concerns and explained the actual costings of the appointment. Through to the Dentist and her Dental Nurse who were friendly and professional, the Dentist explained in detail the treatment plan and gave me options to consider. I will be recommending the dental practice to friends and family.

Required an appointment after developing toothache overnight , telephoned surgery as soon as they opened and was seen within the hour.I’m a nervous patient shall we say but Halima put me at easy and calmed me through the treatment.Excellent service from booking to treatment. Like many others, I dread a trip to the dentist but I can honestly say that the team at Forest Dental always make you feel so relaxed and calm and are happy to help in any way they can. Halima, one of the dentists here is always chatty and friendly, helpful and always advises as best as she can in a way that’s never pushy and is always understanding. The hygienist Sarah is incredibly lovely and reassuring during any procedure.

After the x rays she explained everything and we agreed a treatment plan.I returned for the treatment and was seen by another dentist who undertook the challenge to reconstruct my tooth. I chipped my front tooth on Tuesday and rang Forest Dental, who fitted me in two days later. I had my tooth fixed within 10 minutes. It looks awesome, better than new!! Staff really friendly. Highly recommended.

As soon as I arrived the reception staff were smiling and so friendly. I waited about 4 minutes and then I was greeted by Halima. She was absolutely brilliant. Quick, efficient, gentle, told me about every process as it happened. Her bedside manner was appropriate and so soothing, she made me feel very calm.Halima chatted to me about my future treatments in an open manner which I found great as she did not try to encourage more expensive treatments or procedures.All in all from arriving to leaving, a great experience 👍Thumbs up from me. Well credit where it is due, I was climbing the walls in pain after I lost an old filling, I was not registered with any Dentist but as this was an emergency, I thought I would give them a call to see if they could help, I'm pleased to say they very were excellent, I was hoping that they could at least see me in the next day or 2, I rang them at 11:32 and to my absolute amazement I was offered an appointment at 14:00. The waiting room was spotless, the staff were very friendly and efficient, I had some temporary treatment and left 30 minutes later pain free, an excellent Dental experience

I have only been with forest dental a short time but walked away from my initial appointment with a full treatment plan, and have already been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks to start it. Couldn’t be happier with the service, Jamil and the team here are fabulous, so professional and fast but you know you’re well looked after and they have your best interest at heart. 10/10 recommend :)

I've always had so much anxiety going to the dentist it isn't one of my favourite places, I see the dentist every 6 month and Sarah the hygienist every 3 months, both are absolutely amazing and Sarah makes me feel so at ease everytime I visit to the point I no longer dread going and I actually look forward to it. If you haven't already experienced the lovely, friendly atmosphere at Forest Dental- do please try it. You'll be amazed. I desperately needed a quick fix on my gravestone teeth and needed a quick fix! Jamil answered the phone and I thought that was a great personal touch ( he had a small team working as receptionists, too !!! ). He gave me a rough estimate of the small costs involved and a really friendly guy -puts you at ease,immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to give Jamil and his team a beaming smile... They were all excellent!

Went to Forest Dental after not seeing a dentist properly for a good 10+ years. Jamil made both my son and I feel comfortable and at ease and he really helped us both with our anxiety of going to the dentist. Jamil was also really helpful and set up a payment plan via direct debit for what would be very costly treatment, which is so helpful and means that I can access treatment I would miss out on if I had to pay in full. Jamil and his staff are so friendly and welcoming, I wouldn’t go anywhere else at all now. Thank you guys x

Whilst I am now waiting for a referral, I have to say that the staff I saw on the day of my emergency appointment were superb. Kind, compassionate & efficient. I can't recommend this Dentist enough. You immediately know that you're in safe hands. He's professional but relaxed and friendly. He puts you at ease, never mind how nervous you are. My first time at the practice as an emergency appointment which was dealt with so efficiently and with such a warm welcome!!!The dentist Jamil was INCREDIBLE! His care and comforting manner helped me get through a tooth extraction with no pain at all!!!! I can highly recommend him! I have now joined the practice and will continue to have regular check ups there and any other work that needs carrying out will be done at Forest Dental! Thank you so much to Jamil and his team. High standard of care here which is what makes going to the dentist a lot easier!
