What an amazing dentist.I booked an emergency appointment after not going to the dentist for about 10 years because I’m a big scaredy-cat. They made me feel At ease straight away, we’re friendly and patient. They x-rayed my teeth and I’ve got another appointment booked and they give me smart antibiotics just in case there’s an infection under the crown. Highly recommended really nice people.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I was a but nervous but Halimanis so friendly and professional. The appointment went ahead on time and she explained the treatment plan, and my options. I have not had such exceptional service in the UK. I have now signed the family up to this dentist!

Highly recommend, called today at 1pm & had an appointment at 3pm. Although an emergency fee it was worth it to be seen so quickly. From start to finish the experience was very pleasant. From initial examination the dentist wanted me to see the surgeon, who was able to see me within the hour at their other surgery 10 minutes away. I booked the Sunday and by midday the Monday they had done what was needed! I was always worried about private dental practices but generally they were all so lovely and made the whole experience more bearable!

I attended the practice with my Dad for whom I have lasting power of attorney, I have to say the experience from start to finish was absolutely second to none, my Dad is having new dentures and the process was explained in depth of which both dad and I fully understood. Everyone from the receptionist, dentist and her assistant were awesome. Thank you all so much and look forward to what I’m sure will be a delightful experience.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years and signed up to come here. Booking appointments is easy and they are very friendly talking to them over the phone. Great prices for private, a car park, and a comfortable waiting area. I felt very relaxed here and was treated amazingly by all staff. If you are nervous with dentists I would definitely recommend it here. My dentist Halima was amazing and made me feel very relaxed. Was very honest about my dental plan and gave me great guidance. I’m going to be transferring my kids to this practice and my partner wants to come here now from her practice in Cardiff. Highly Recommend!!!

Had my 1st appointment recently and on attendance I was seen to straight away. The receptionist was polite and made me feel relaxed as soon as walking through the door.The dental nurse was very polite and spoke clearly and in a way I understood (no dental complicated words, nice and understandable).All that wrk at the practice are very welcoming and cheery.Would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone.

First check-up at Forest Dental in Blackwood went great! I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner by the receptionist, which made a great first impression. The dentist (Halima) immediately put me at ease and explained everything clearly. I had X-rays done, which were quick and efficient, and the dentist talked me through the results. I’ve now booked in for a hygiene clean and feel confident I’m in good hands. Highly recommend!

My visit to Forest Dental was my first visit to a Dentist in around 10 years. My appointment was with Halima.I was a bit nervous because I hadn't been to the Dentist for such a long time.I had a few concerns regarding teeth however Halima put my mind at rest because she explained everything in detail.Halima is a young dentist but she is very professional and she is very knowledgeable indeed. She explained everything and put my mind at rest. I was really worried about the costs, however the first consultation for a new patient is £50 which includes x-rays to my back teeth and i think the cost is very reasonable indeed. A regular appointment is £30 which is amazingly good value. Halima recommended that I went to the hygienist next and she was able to get me an appointment straight away which meant that I didn't have to take any more time off work.The Hygenist and her assistant very gently carried out my cleaning procedure, explaining what they would be doing along the way.The Hygenist cost £70, and my teeth and gums are cleaner than ever and feel really good.I have been booked in to visit the Dentist again in 12 months time and the hygienist again in 6 months time.I know now that my dental needs will be taken care of and I don't need to worry at all.

I wanted to see the hygienist, but as I wasn't at Forest Dental in the last three years (due to using a dentist through work) I was not able to see the hygienist without having to pay for a checkup with the dentist first. The appointment with Halima felt a bit rushed, however she was extremely friendly and professional. I had my hygienist appointment the next day, after work, which I was grateful for. When I had a hygienist appointment 3 years ago there, my mouth felt clean and I could see stains were removed from my teeth. I cannot say the same about the latest appointment, my teeth do not feel like they have been cleaned properly and I cannot see a visible change to my teeth. It feels like I've wasted £70 of my hard earned money and did not get the same level of service that I received previously.Update: The staff at Forest Dental have reached out to me privately and apologised for the experience. They have rectified this and I am grateful to them. I am updating my review to 4 stars, as I feel they have redeemed themselves.

Absolutely brilliant service! I needed ab emergency appointment and they had availability on the same day with Halima and her team. They were friendly and reassuring from start to finish, and looked to solve my issues quickly and without judgement! Halima really put me at ease, explained precisely what the problem was, limiting the pain as best she could before recommending me to a specialist for a tooth extraction. Very quick turn around between initial phone call and appointment date and time.I cannot praise the customer service enough.While this was a "second opinion" visit, and I had no dental work undertaken, from how I was treated from this visit alone, I would confidently recommend Forest Dental to friends or family with issues.Not only did Dr Halima exceed expectations with pain management, very quickly observing my discomfort and jumping in to action straight away to alleviate it, she and her colleague Nurse Abbie went above and beyond to make sure I was in a better mental state before leaving, after a very worrisome, anxious and painful visit.Clean, tidy and professional environment. friendly, and caring staff.

Lovely , friendly people.I had a dental emergency, they fitted me in quickly and calmed me down as I'm a very nervous person. I am on a waiting list for the NHS to have my wisdom tooth removed, the wait is about 36-40 weeks! So I contacted forest dental as I couldn’t bare the constant antibiotics and pain. They were super friendly and fitted me in the next day for a full x-ray! And just as I was making my way back to the car my phone rang, from the dental surgeon to book me in the following week to have my tooth removed! This has been such a relief for me and a big stress off my mind. I can’t thank you all enough for your professional and efficient service!

For years and years I had avoided any kind of dental work from anywhere due to past experience, it come to a stage where my teeth was in a real bad way. I had to make the decision to have implants as I felt with my work I needed something more permanent. Was recommended Jamil best decision ever not just Jamil but the whole team is welcoming. Always a pleasure to visit this dental practice. Very understanding of how the patient/customers needs. We found them a few years ago after the pandemic as our son was in terrible pain and with us at Christmas. The only practice that had someone man the phones and tell us what to do in a kindly manner. Their treatment of him helped us decide which dentist to choose.

I was really anxious about going to the dentist, I haven’t been in 10 years and due to previous bad experiences I am very fearful of going.I chose this surgery due to good reviews from other anxious patients and they didn’t disappoint. After being extremely nervous and embarrassed to see a dentist for the first time in nearly a decade, Jamil put me at ease immediately at my first appointment and made me feel extremely confident to go ahead with the treatment I needed.I have since had an emergency appointment with Halimah, who I cannot be more grateful for. She is absolutely phenomenal, as are the rest of the team and every member of staff who dealt with my emergency and referral so quickly.I have never felt so confident and at ease to visit the dentist, have never been made to feel embarrassed or judged for anything at all - they’ve been nothing but supportive and I’ll never go anywhere else!

The dental centre was very clean and welcoming. The staff at the desk were polite and helpful. My dentist Halima was lovely and patient with me during my extraction. I explained I was a nervous patient and that I had bad experiences with previous dentists and she assured me there was no rush at all and I was in control and could stop at any time. She also took the time to explain the process so I knew exactly what was happening. She gave me good advice on aftercare and follow up treatments. I am very happy about being a new patient here!

I couldn't have asked for better consultation and treatment. Quick once over, immediate xrays, discussed in detail potential options, plan formulated and i was off.All the staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. I attended Forrest Dental due to a sports injury which meant I required work on one of my front teeth due to a fairly serious infection.Halima talked me through the process and really outlined the best strategy for me, we decided to perform root canal on it.Throughout the entire series of appointments they were able to work around my very busy real life schedule, and never once did I feel nervous regarding the numbing jabs, as they were always done quickly and professionally.I've come away with a crown at the front of my mouth that cannot be noticed as a non tooth. I've been with Forrest Dental now for close to 5 years and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.Halima and the staff have done wonderful work and really look after their clients.

The office and dental room look very modern and feel very clean. Staff are friendly and polite and I was told everything as the dentist was examining my mouth so I knew what was going on. It’s a bit on the pricier side but I used to be with an NHS dentist until they removed me during Covid. It’s also up the road from me we very convenient.

Really impressive set up in this practice. Friendly and professional. Was dreading coming back to the dentist after 11+ years of not going but no one made me feel stupid or lazy for not going. Being in there you feel you're amongst friends and the relaxing nature puts you at ease. Haven't received all my treatments yet but I've had 3 fillings and scale and polish already and I feel like I've got myself back in control of my oral hygiene again. Kudos to the guy that runs it, his customer service skills are second to none. Weirdly looking forward to my next appointments..

Fantastic service, from my first visit the staff have been incredibly kind and helpful.It had been years since I had seen a dentist and I had poor teeth health but there was no judgement and I have never been made to feel bad when I have failed to keep up with brushing etc.Staff give plenty of information and even demonstrated how to properly brush and floss to help make sure I was doing it properly during one of my first appointments due to lack of guidance in childhood (shockingly I wasn't at the time).Unsure how the pricing compares to other dentists but I have never felt like I've paid too much.They are also open with their pricing with a display in the waiting area of reception listing the price of all the procedures and they are happy to discuss which procedure is correct (and budget-friendly), as well as, allow short term payment plans so you don't have to pay the entire cost up front which also helps with affordability.Definitely recommend!

Would highly recommend this dental surgery. I was in absolute agony and my dentist turned me away as they didn’t have an appointment. I rang Forest and they booked me straight in. When I got there they were so nice and helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. I was out of pain within 10 minutes of being there. I hadn’t had a dental check up for quite a while and, like many people, going to the dentist usually fills me with dread. But I have to say I have had a very pleasant experience at Forest Dental & Implant Centre. All the staff there are very friendly and I was very much put at ease by Halima. Following my check up I was able to take advantage of a cancellation with the dental hygienist, I have had a poor experience with another dental practice when it came to seeing their hygienist, but once again my experience with Forest Dental was amazing, the hygienist was very friendly and understood my concerns and following the treatment she gave me very helpful advice regarding caring for my teeth and gums. I would highly recommend Forest Dental & implant centre.

Fabulous dental practice. My first impression of this dental practice was wow and it didn’t stop there! From the initial enquiry on the telephone with the receptionist, who was friendly and polite and accommodated my emergency whilst allaying my concerns and explained the actual costings of the appointment. Through to the Dentist and her Dental Nurse who were friendly and professional, the Dentist explained in detail the treatment plan and gave me options to consider. Quick, efficient, gentle, told me about every process as it happened. Well credit where it is due, I was climbing the walls in pain after I lost an old filling, I was not registered with any Dentist but as this was an emergency, I thought I would give them a call to see if they could help, I'm pleased to say they very were excellent, I was hoping that they could at least see me in the next day or 2, I rang them at 11:32 and to my absolute amazement I was offered an appointment at 14:00. The waiting room was spotless, the staff were very friendly and efficient, I had some temporary treatment and left 30 minutes later pain free, an excellent Dental experience

If you haven't already experienced the lovely, friendly atmosphere at Forest Dental- do please try it. You'll be amazed. I desperately needed a quick fix on my gravestone teeth and needed a quick fix! Jamil answered the phone and I thought that was a great personal touch ( he had a small team working as receptionists, too !!! ). He gave me a rough estimate of the small costs involved and a really friendly guy -puts you at ease,immediately. I wouldn't hesitate to give Jamil and his team a beaming smile... Went to Forest Dental after not seeing a dentist properly for a good 10+ years. Jamil made both my son and I feel comfortable and at ease and he really helped us both with our anxiety of going to the dentist. Prompt and efficient treatment.Two fillings and a fracture repair,a scale & polish.Huge needles, without any pain.Pleasant conversational skills also.No discomfort afterwards.I could only give 5⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️Highly recommended.

My first time at the practice as an emergency appointment which was dealt with so efficiently and with such a warm welcome!!!The dentist Jamil was INCREDIBLE! His care and comforting manner helped me get through a tooth extraction with no pain at all!!!! I can highly recommend him! I have now joined the practice and will continue to have regular check ups there and any other work that needs carrying out will be done at Forest Dental! Thank you so much to Jamil and his team. High standard of care here which is what makes going to the dentist a lot easier!
